Healthy Life Style

          Heyheyhey~ I would like to share about my activities when I'm free. Recently I'm active on jogging, swimming and cycling.

         Jogging is such a nice exercise! Especially for me~ because I'm on diet now xD

        Actually I totally don't know how to swim but I rely to learn! I hope I can learn it~ And cycling too, I totally don't know how to cycle. All of my friends are shock that i not even know cycling. But I'm proud to say that!!!!! I already know cycling!!! I'm so happy! I spend about 2 hours to learn to cycle and control include balancing. I not even think that I can cycle! And i feel grateful that I have friends to teach me and my roommate too. GRATEFUL! Although I haven't can fully control the bicycle, but unless I already can cycle for a short distance. Next I target to get know swimming! =D
